Lost & Foundation offers three types of assistance:

• Small grants to help deal with individual or family crisis
• Benefit events dedicated to selected beneficiaries
• Help with planning your own benefit: guidance, use of materials, financial advice

To apply for any of these types of assistance, please complete our online application here. After completing your contact information, fill in either Part A (small grant), Part B (benefit event), or Part C (benefit help) for the type of assistance you’re requesting.
